TrackScan Sharp-S is a long-distance, large-volume optical 3D scanning system using 25 MP industrial cameras and onboard edge computing. Tracking up to 8.5 m and a 135 m³ precision measurement volume enable efficient single-position measurement of aircraft, energy equipment and large machinery.
Both tracker and scanner support battery power and wireless data transfer. Ultra-fast scanning uses 81 blue laser lines, hyperfine scanning uses 17 parallel lines, and a deep-hole mode is included. Optional expansion covers multiple trackers, automation, intelligent edge inspection and i-Probe 500.
